Refund policy

All sales are final.

Although merchandise cannot be returned, defective or merchandise damaged during shipment can certainly be returned for exchange. Please inspect your shipment upon receipt and notify us immediately regarding any shipping damages or manufacturer defects.

Claims for damaged or defective merchandises must be made within 14 days of reception of goods. Return for exchange without return authorization will not be accepted.

Please return any damaged items in their original container(s). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and shipping cost are never refundable.
